This picture was located on the floor of my classroom yesterday. It apparently was given to the boy in the illustration who quickly disregarded it. I couldn't help but smile when I saw it. The young lady in the picture was suppose to be busy at her literacy workstations, but instead is dreaming about her upcoming wedding. While being off-task is frustrating to me, I have to admit it is pretty darn cute....love the tuxedo and dress! Of course, the artist "Molly" doesn't know otherwise. Her response, "Stephanie (her workstation partner), made me do it!"
*Note: Since my 13 year old son has handwriting similar to a
kindergartner, I had him write the "
fictitious" names. The "I love you!" is the original part of the drawing.

Love it! Bow ties are totally making a come back.
Oh, I love the art work of distracted children! Great picture!
That poor kid who got it…must have been devastated.
LOVE how here hands are around his neck!
Adorable - and I'm glad they aren't kissing in the picture!
Absolutely adorable. There are days when being a kindergarten teacher has its "perks". :)
Mamma--
I see what you mean. It kind of looks like "I love you and you better love me back"! LOL
I wish my waist was that little in my wedding dress!!
Either she's taller than he is or she's got him picked up off the ground by his neck. A little "Bridezilla" perhaps?
