This picture was located on the floor of my classroom yesterday. It apparently was given to the boy in the illustration who quickly disregarded it. I couldn't help but smile when I saw it. The young lady in the picture was suppose to be busy at her literacy workstations, but instead is dreaming about her upcoming wedding. While being off-task is frustrating to me, I have to admit it is pretty darn cute....love the tuxedo and dress! Of course, the artist "Molly" doesn't know otherwise. Her response, "Stephanie (her workstation partner), made me do it!"*Note: Since my 13 year old son has handwriting similar to a kindergartner, I had him write the "fictitious" names. The "I love you!" is the original part of the drawing.

Either she's taller than he is or she's got him picked up off the ground by his neck. A little "Bridezilla" perhaps?
